I wish I could give zero stars. I went to Optum in 2021 for simple care. DESPITE paying this bill OVER and OVER, I have received a bill from Optum every month since 2021. I've paid the "account bill" through the mail w a credit card; I've paid online; I have called about this so many times. No matter what I do I get a bill for either 36$ or 46$ and change. The billing department is seriously incompetent. I have received bills for workers comp visits that were suppose to be covered 100% and now I'm receiving a bill because they didn't bill my insurance company. Shouldn't medical professionals help alleviate stress instead of cause it? I wouldn't recommend Optum to my worst enemy.
I love this place. Everyone is very kind and upbeat. Love 💕
