Staff was fantastic
Optum is providing suboptimal unless you advocate for yourself constantly. This is not the insurance company I signed up for. I will be looking for alternatives in the future

My appt was cancelled without any notification day of! I’ve had a dermatology appt booked for 3+ months at this practice. I decided to call to confirm my appt for today and the address before 8am. My appt was meant to be 10:30am, however the Optum representative proceeds to tell me my appt has been cancelled and was not able to provide any reason why, or why I did not receive a notification.
