SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT EARLY. I was 10 minutes late and they told me I had to reschedule because my appointment time was only for 15 minutes. They did not tell me this when they reminded me about the appointment the day before. They also told me they had 3 people cancel that morning because they were late, and yet none of the dermatologists were available, which makes no sense. My mother has been going to NP Luo for the past 8 years. She met her at a different office and then followed her to Optum. She is incredibly thorough. I wish actual doctor's were as efficient as she is! I highly recommend her.
I used to be a patient of Dr. del Priore. He was excellent. After he left I was told I would be assigned to a new dermatologist. It was not until after my next visit that I found out I had not been seen by a board certified dermatologist. I was uncomfortable during the visit and then when I found out I had not been seen by a dermatologist I made an appointment at another clinic.
