Dr David Ehrlich took great care of my foot. Both feet actually. My experience with him has been nothing but great! He's personable, and explains it in a way that is totally understandable. I trust him to get me back on a good walking pace. The office is bright and comfortable and I didn't wait long. The staff were also very attentive and so nice. The imaging is down the hall. If you are looking for a responsive doctors office, this isn't it. I've been working all week to get information and the patient advocate (I can't believe they call them that), can't seem to help me. Even getting a person on the phone is very difficult. They are good doctors but getting to see them or getting help from them is near impossible because you can't get through the front people.
Pretty upsetting that the doctor never called me back to discuss my test results although it has been a week and there were multiple flags. Pretty unprofessional of them.
The worst medical office on long island.. the staff is rude and could care less abt the patients
