Dr. Ehrlich is a professional and compassionate doctor. I highly recommend recommend him. However the staff at the desk at check in look unprofessional and crude. I don’t like overheating telephone conversations while waiting in the waiting area with plastic drink cups on the counter. Also the gentleman who escorted me into the examining room didn’t introduce himself upon meeting me. He should say his name and that he is Dr. Ehrlich’s assistant upon meeting. Susan Kazin (patient)
lovely staff in person but can NEVER get anyone on the phone!!!!
Absolutely awful and nasty people to deal with. (1) I was given an appointment time. The doctor asked me why I was not an hour early. I felt scolded like a child. I was not told to come an hour early. I was 15 minutes early as stated in the email. (2) extremely nasty office manager and assistant to the doctor. It was frustrating and upsetting dealing with them. Their behavior on the phone was rude, disrespectful and hostile. I will never return any recommend you find another practice. Doctor Danielle Gregory is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Her bedside manner and expertise are just top notch.
