My experience with Dr. Bui, the podiatrist at Optum, was exceptional. He devoted ample time to thoroughly explaining all aspects of my care. Scheduling an appointment was effortless. His staff were outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Bui to anyone seeking a skilled, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional podiatrist. Thank you for your expertise in treating my ingrown toenail.
Horrible service. The staff told me they received insurance approval for my procedure prior to the procedure, then filed the claim with a different diagnosis, and the claim was denied. Then I spent three months calling the office for status updates, was promised multiple calls back that never came, and just found out the claim was deleted a month ago. So between the pre-procedure appointments and the lack of call backs, I wasted five months attempting to correct a mobility issue and got no treatment. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE... read more
