My 84 year old father had an appointment today witha podiatrist at Optum podiatry at 2800 Marcus. My sibling scheduled it and I accompanied him to the appointment. When we arrived the 3 receptionists sitting at the front desk told me he had to check in online. I explained that I did not know his user ID or password as it was set-up by my sister and asked if they could check him in manually.
