People on the phone are polite and well intentioned but the automated processing and service for prescriptions is terrible. Constant delays or other issues that get trapped in automated process loops.
I've never had an issue with this facility. Usually order refills on Monday an Monday night get the UPS notification that a shipping label has been printed an waiting for UPS too pick up.
So far i have experienced very little discomfort
One of the worst pharmacy's and my doctors office sent over 11 refills for my Descovvy and the pharmacy confirmed the refills yesterday to the doctor and now they are saying they never got them I been out of this med for a month and I'm at risk of getting HIV if I get this legal action will be taking
