The communication system at Optum is very poor, though we like the doctors. You cannot talk directly with their office but are rerouted to a call center each time. Test results are not regularly posted on their portal and messages are not answered in a timely fashion. We will be looking to go elsewhere! Though we live 8 minutes away from their office, it takes days to get a call back or message sent!
Very nice staff. They were very helpful and the place was clean and quiet
Dr. Lisa is amazing, knowledgeable and takes the time to hear your concerns. Never feel rushed and always feel confident after leaving that your children are in the best of hands.
