The doctors are still terrific, but since Optum took over, it has become unrecognizable due to its lack of care and service. We have been with this wonderful group of pediatricians for almost 20 years. How sad that Optum Health has ruined our experience and made it a maze to get help, and a lack of employees who clearly are not cared for and therefore can't care for us. My daughter is now 6 years old and I will never forget our one and only visit with Karyn Ginsberg. I delivered at Lenox Hill Hospital with Dr. Ketly Michel who is an absolutely phenomenal OBGYN and deserves all praises. I could not have had a better birthing experience so we trusted the recommendation to have our newborn visit with Ginsberg at Park Avenue Pediatrics which is apparently now Optum Pediatrics.
