Dr. Julie Luttinger is the pediatrician of my kids since they were born. She is amazing pediatrician and a wonderful human being! The staff and the medical team are very professional and kind.

The doctors in this practice are outstanding. Unfortunately, the front office staff are an embarrassment to an otherwise excellent medical practice. The staff often avoid eye contact, act as though they don't see you, and frequently can't answer even simple questions when you call, if they answer the phone at all. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is disappointing. The office has a policy of taking 7–10 business days to complete camp and school forms. Optum you killed this practice. This used to be a neighborhood doctors office. The personal service is gone, everything is through a call center in the Philippines, the staff seems miserable and the office is in terrible outdated condition. We moved to another doctor after 16 years. What a shame.
