Ever since this Office moved from a small more family oriented practiceto this cold industrial feeling Office it has become increasingly difficult to get in touch with the office. You get bounced around by computers and have to try pressing every option just to get through to the ladies at the front desk. We visited the Smithtown office for a little over a year as a transfer patient. The administrative team worked with is and was helpful in supporting us with the records transfer from the prior physician when we established as a patient. We were always able to make an appointment when we needed to. Each of the doctors and nurses that we saw made the little one comfortable and went above and beyond to cheer our child up and create a comfortable environment when we visited. Front desk staff is professional, nice and get you in and out quickly. Nursing staff is so kind (Shelly the nurse is incredible! Above and beyond) and our experience with all the doctors has been great (my kids all see different ones in the office). All forms are done in such a timely manner. Dr. C is very helpful in getting them to the right specialist (he is extremely knowledgeable in early detection of issues). Never been there but was about to call but after reading all the reviews I definitely won’t take by baby there. It’s funny because right after reading the reviews I saw doctor C face’s and I thought exactly the same thing that majority of the parents said. Thank you, reviews really help me all the time.
My son is 4 years old and has autism. When he was an infant and up till about 2 year old we saw doctor Lev Chernobilsky. His last few visits have been with laureen Catalano who was always patient with my son and made him feel comfortable until the end and never got frustrated or seemed bothered because of my sons autism. my son just went for a sick visit and dr. chernobilsky was the only doctor available and let me tell you how disgusted I am with this man.
