My son has been a patient here since 2021. I called to schedule an appointment for him, and the office is closing permanently in one week. NO ONE notified me of this. Like what? Terrible practice. Never recovered when Dr. Levy left and Optum took over... shameful.
Lauren Sullivan is such a wonderful addition to this practice. She truly cares about the children she is treating, takes her time to answer all questions/concerns, and has even called me to follow up on how my child is doing post-visit!
I have never in my entire life been to a better pediatric office. We are beyond grateful for Lauren Sullivan DNP, PPCNP-BC. She is truly an angel, and words cannot fully express how much her care has meant to our family. Lauren went above and beyond for our daughter, saving her life when we needed it most. Not open on weekends, doesn’t open till 9am. Do they care for babies children or just the kids 13+. Absolutely ridiculous because now I have to take my child to the hospital. After Lauren Sullivan said she wasn’t sick and she was fine.
It’s such a shame that the receptionist and medical assistants are so rude over the phone. I simply called to get my children’s records and women on the phone are so detached from their job. I’m thankful my children no longer have to visit that office.
