Absolutely terrible staff and experience. Stay far away. After calling Optum multiple times and confirming this place accepts my insurance I took my child for a visit. The front desk checked me in and after I asked them to confirm, they said I was okay. On my way out I checked again and they said nothing. On my way home I get a call from the front desk saying that they don't accept my insurance and I would be getting a bill. Armani Palmer is the WORST! I REPEAT THE WORST MEDICAL ASSISTANT THERE IS IN THE CITY!! TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND TREATS PATIENTS LIKE WERE NOTHING. I would give zero starts if i could. DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE. She should be dismissed from that office as soon as possible.
I used to love Select Pediatrics. I have been trying to get a referral for my child to see his allergist and have been calling for the last week. No one answers the telephone at the receptionist area or the Nurse's extension. I have left over 6 messages in both areas, and no one has bothered to respond to my request. My child missed his allergy shot and if he misses more than one, he will have to begin the entire allergy process from the beginning. Despite having made appointments months in advance, I received a cancellation notice less than 24 hours before my scheduled visit. The lack of notice was highly inconvenient and disrespectful. When I sought a resolution, the front desk staff's only suggestion was to reschedule my appointment three weeks later, during school hours. This disregard for my time was completely unacceptable.
