The doctors office was great until Optum took over. After that it was down the hill very quickly. Customer service went from excellent to zero. Can’t even call the doctors office directly anymore because an answering service abroad would be the middle man and get all the information wrong Optum you guys are terrible

Love the staff and doctors. But since Optum took over there are no Saturday sick visit hours. Also, you can’t directly reach the staff anymore. You have to use the portal but if you miss a call and want to call back you are sent to a call center. Give the details of patient and why then wait for them to call the front desk. It’s ridiculous. Let me call directly like I used to. Five stars for the staff. One star for the call center.

We love Dr Dylan and the NP Morgan Moffait! They are great with the kids, thorough with explanations and very helpful.

Drs Nito and May and their whole staff were wonderful. Then Optum took over. You can't get through to the office, you'll have to wait on queue to speak to a call center that will ask a million questions, some of them sensitive or identifying, before they'll put you through. And once you can speak to the office unless you get Dr Dylan or a member of the "old" office staff you have less than a 50/50 shot of getting your issue resolved. And regardless of what they say, they don't actually care. You're just a number to them.
