SCAM Alert.. I took both my son and daughter in for eye exams. My son’s visit was billed correctly, but my daughter’s was not. When I questioned the charges, the office repeatedly told me to contact my insurance company. However, my insurance confirmed that it is the provider’s responsibility to bill correctly and they process payment accordingly. Staff was awesome, we were seen very quickly
The office staff (especially Claudia) was very nice and professional and Dr. Levi was one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She is so knowledgeable and listened to everything I had to say.You can really tell she cares about her patients. I am so grateful I found her!!!
Highly recommend. The staff worked diligently to ensure I got an appointment and were so compassionate. Doctor was amazing!
I was extremely dissatisfied with both the billing practices and overall experience. Despite having insurance, I was charged over $1,600 for a routine eye exam. When I questioned the charge, the amount was reduced without a clear explanation, which was concerning. I would strongly recommend researching other ophthalmologists before scheduling an appointment here!
