Have been going here for years and the office never sent out a letter or let us know that they will not be taking my child’s insurance anymore. Only found out about it when I called for an emergency appointment and the unkind and uncaring receptionist quoted me 100-600 dollars for the visit. Very unprofessional didn’t even offer an apology or a better rate since it was emergency and we couldn’t find a new eye doctor that would see us same day on such short notice. I had a consultation with Dr. Levi for my two-month-old daughter. Scheduling the appointment was fast, convenient, and easy, and there was no wait time at the office. I can’t say enough about how happy I was with the care and attention we received from Dr. Levi. She was professional and gentle with my daughter, took the time to share information and explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. A truly great experience!
Excellent care by Dr. Koty and staff. Adorable waiting room. Clean facility.
Not good service. Uncaring. Every time I go there is an issue. Either takes too long or lets me leave without a good prescription for my son to be able to order glasses. Emailed them clearly angry and they didn’t care. Typical factory style medical practice.
