Dr Levi was professional, courteous, efficient and thorough. As was her amazing staff, especially Lisa, who began dilating and preliminarily reviewing my son’s eyesight. All provided a great experience with no wait time other then waiting for dilation to take full effect. My son has special needs and it is hard to find a good fit. We were pleased to take the ride there and have son treated.
These people never pick up the phone this place is getting worst
This place is amazing. They took my son in within 5 mins of calling. The front staff helped me with the paperwork and their online portal. Then, the medical assistants took him in immediately and got him set up for the Doctor. Doctor Eric came very quick and got to work immediately. He was such an amazing doctor and got a small foreign particle out of my sons eye within 3 mins. Then we were out the door. This place is a must visit if your in the Plainview area. Will recommend.
Cause she is the best doctor experience wise profession wise and my kids adore her and she is so kind and polite, the way how she treats the little angles, there is no one like her. And she is surrounded with very kind and professional staff specially the supervisor mrs. maria she is very unique and elegant and has a lot of professionalism.
They literally make you sign a form thats says you will pay for a refraction when its covered by insurance but then they still bill you for it and unless you argue with them they bill you $60 for the refraction which is a standard part of an eye exam..it seems very suspicious and in my opinion fraudulent when it comes to insurance billing practices.
