Highly recommend. The staff worked diligently to ensure I got an appointment and were so compassionate. Doctor was amazing!
I was extremely dissatisfied with both the billing practices and overall experience. Despite having insurance, I was charged over $1,600 for a routine eye exam. When I questioned the charge, the amount was reduced without a clear explanation, which was concerning. I would strongly recommend researching other ophthalmologists before scheduling an appointment here!
Dr. Rosario was great with my girls. Very kind and thoughtful. She explained everything thoroughly. The reception team and technician/assistants need customer service training. Bad attitude.
I've been going here for a few years now. I went today and will never go back. At our last appointment the intake person asked me if I had any concerns. I reminded them my daughter has abnormal pupils. She said ok and then dilated her eyes. Then we waited an hour and the doctor came in to see her. She asked me if I had any concerns, I explained about the pupils and she said she needed to see her before here eyes were dialated.
