Online for this facility it says quote "Same-day appointments for urgent care," however apparently thats not true. I waited on hold on the phone for 30 minutes only to have a receptionist answer to say "please hold" and put me back on hold for 5 minutes. When she came back I said I wanted to see about being seen today, she asked "are you a patient?" and when I said I'm trying to be she rudely said "i'm not talking to you" then put me back on hold with no warning or indication. Do not come to this office unless you enjoy waiting an hour+, after your scheduled appointment time, just to be called to the back. Then, wait longer before you see the Dr. NO visit here is ever short. Even if you come here for a blood draw, it won’t be quick. I’m not sure why. The parking lot is never packed, yet it might as well be. I can draw 36 patients labs in less time than they can draw one.
