BEING TOLD THAT THINGS WERE GOING TO BE DONE THAT WERE NOT . HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF.
I never got into the appointment. I made it months ago and filled out all information. They cancelled the appointment at the last minute as they said my Blue Shield PPO was not accepted by them. They could have shared that information when I made the appointment. Now I need to find another doctor and again wait months to see them.
First time visit yesterday and I was very impressed with her manner and approach. She was recommended by a friend of mine and I’m glad that I considered her.
Dr. Morgan herself is a good doctor. However, except for the Office Manager, Connie, the rest of her staff has always been and remains way below satisfactory in the patient service department (returning phone calls, forwarding messages to the appropriate person, monitoring and operating the patient portal, etc.).
I've been going to Dr. Morgan for years until now. If you call her office nobody answers, you get to leave a message and when they say, "we'll call you back" that is NOT the case. It's been 2 days and no return phone call. What happened to customer service, especially at your so called my family doctor's office. I will be looking for another doctor, hopefully one that answers incoming calls or least returns calls.
Great! Above and beyond… I have been seeing Dr. Morgan for about three years and find her to be an excellent physician. I always take in a long list of questions which she articulately and knowledgeably answers during our appointment time.Acela and Connie are excellent support staff. Connie Helms the administrative side of things and boy is she supportive and efficient. I unfortunately have had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Morgan's office. I am a new patient and have been trying to get an appointment with her for 2, almost 3 months now. When I asked the staff if there were any cancellations i would like to be notified so I could see the doctor earlier. I've gotten mixed answers everytime I call. I've been told to call every couple of days to see if there are any cancellations, I've been told I was put on a cancellation list, then I was told there is no cancellation list. I highly recommend Dr. Morgan.She listens and fully discussed any treatments. She is a caring professional and I feel confident in her capabilities.
Dr. Morgan is a caring and thorough doctor. I am very happy with her care. Her staff people always make a visit pleasant. Connie came to my aid on a problem I was having getting a new prescription filled. After a week of utter frustration, she was my angel of mercy and took care of the situation!
