I had this hospice and they would mail order my medications and they would cause the medicine to run out because they would not order correctly what the medicine right now meaning if you're due to run out on Friday they would have another litter if it came on Friday it would be there on Friday or I said I had it would it would come Saturday and then Monday and other days in the oven right now and this happened not just one time but multiple time the nurse is just terrible about, not respecting my time and we need to call abo... read more
Imagine my shock when we were at our most vulnerable time in our lives while our Grandmother was not being properly treated by this organization. They never came when they were supposed to be there and when you would call their service to call them, the nurses' would act like you are bothering them instead. I was under the impression when we hired them to be the hospice for our beloved grandmother, they were "acting" very compassionate and nice before we signed the paperwork. This Hospice service was turned into Medicare in 2014 by 2 employees for Medicare Fraud. They were putting patients who were not terminal into hospice. This place is one of the worse hospice groups and unethical in their practice. Stay as far away as possible from this group. They do not deserve even one star but had to do so in order to post.
