Quite literally the worst orthopedic office in the state. I went to this office 3 seperate times over the course of 2 years for hip pain that the doctor told me I was “too young” to have injured myself and “didn’t lift heavy enough” to injure myself, yet he never asked me what I did, what I lifted, etc. THREE TIMES and never suggested an MRI, instead diagnosed me with bursitis and left with me a cortisone shot & PT. The office staff are rude and awful. I wanted to make a follow up appointment with Dr. Harounian. The receptionist rejected to make an appointment and when I asked the reason, she hung up the phone on me. I tried to call again to talk to their supervisor, but they did not pick up my phone calls. A few days later I called again and talked to the supervisor but the way she behaved was not better than the receptionists. This office is a horrible, unfriendly, slow office. If you look like you speak Spanish, then the desk staff will bend over backwards to help call you "mi amor, mi carina, etc". I don't look Latino, so got second class treatment, but I do speak Spanish so could see the preferential treatment toward Latinos vs. everyone else. They also put my forms at the bottom of the pile and I had to keep going up to ask when I would be called; I waited in the waiting room area over one hour. So they were very, very slow. Skeptical at first I had been to see about five different Chiropractors over my lifetime and when I was told we were going to treat my pain differently I wasn't sure about it. Well 3 1/2 months later I'm pain free, I've got my mobility in my lower back and hips to a point that I can enjoy work and everyday activities. I recommend coming here to anyone who reads this. So happy i found this place for my elderly father that was walking around almost a full week with a broken /fractured arm and wrist. From the front desk staff to the Doctor were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL..SAW us IMMEDIATELY and basically didn't wait forever like most offices..so grateful for your help today thank you guys..
