I went to this office and a lot of people give complaints about the front desk but I can said that the girls were very nice the nurse in the back I think her name is Daisy she was amazing and the doctor was amazing he explain everything I will give them a 10 or more
I went in because my primary dr said my hip needs to be replaced I seen dr Oren fender md he forced my legs to move in ways it doesn’t I was crying in pain then he writes I got perfect movement but yet I can’t left my right leg over my motorcycle then he puts it in the record that I have tendinitis but it’s hard to have tendinitis for seven years of my hip feel like it’s popping out been through physical therapy to all the anti-inflammatories had trigger points but yet he says it’s tendinitis for the last seven years. This is the best orthopedist I have ever been to. Renelle at the front desk helped me when I needed it the most and helped me quickly get an appointment, she really turned my day around honestly. Then she got me in to see Dr. Harounian, who was amazing, she knew exactly what I needed and what was going on, she was personable and efficient and I look forward to returning to that office.
Waiting for a patient , staff in other room was so obnoxiously loud laughing and horsing around,,, very unprofessional,, no regard to patient or their families
