Everyone I encountered during a recent appt. at Optum Orthopedics in Lake Katrine is kind and caring. Dr. Styles is a rarity, IMO. He spends the time needed (not the 15 min 'rush you in and out' appt.), and I could tell he was truly listening to me and cares. The team at Optum Orthopedics is second to none!!! It’s the third office I have been to since I’ve had an injury at work that left me unable to do my job. After a year of dealing with other orthopedic practices in the area I finally felt like I mattered at Optum!!! Penny and Tonya are beyond helpful!!!
