Es condortable la atencion de los doctores, la asisten que dan ygrata la espera.
Awful experience. I’ve been to this office twice both times I’ve waited an hour and 20 minutes before anybody called my name. I guess if you have state insurance, you do not matter and our last in the list both times when I asked the nurses in the office what’s going on? When is my name going to be called each time they said let me check and I’ll get back to you and no one ever got back to me my back went into a spasm from sitting so long I will be not going to the doctor.
Disorganized staff. Doctor and staff not on the same page. Got a call to go to an apt early and get there for it to be canceled… prior authorization also still needed for script 1 week later after asking staff this or to please do generic.
I went to this office and a lot of people give complaints about the front desk but I can said that the girls were very nice the nurse in the back I think her name is Daisy she was amazing and the doctor was amazing he explain everything I will give them a 10 or more
