I think the doctors are good and careful. I trust them. However the new management makes it nearly impossible to reach the office, ask a question, get an emergency appointment. Sometimes I have considered driving to the office to make an appointment. The system is dreadful and seems driven by profit not care.
Staff and Dr's are fine however Optum is not patient friendly.It takes forever to make appt. Seems Optum is more concerned about money than the patient. So sad that Corporations control the Medical field.
