Staff and Dr's are fine however Optum is not patient friendly.It takes forever to make appt. Seems Optum is more concerned about money than the patient. So sad that Corporations control the Medical field.
I forgot to give them a bad review but I was reminded about racism in Healthcare when I seen a commercial, not that it matters now considering who is in charge of our country but the "assistant" and older guy maybe easter European or middle Eastern couldn't really tell but my experience with him was outrages. Not only did he try to jam his fingers in my eyes and basically test run something the eye doctor does he tried to tell me he is qualified for what he was doing. The man was crazy .
