Dr Rosario has a condescending attitude when speaking to you and she also takes a week to send out your prescription. God forbid you have a uti, you’ll be in pain and unmedicated for an extra week if you visit her.
Appointment at 2:15. I saw doctor Lucelle M. del Rosario . She did a Pap smear exam on me and she knew it was my first or second time doing the test. I told her to do it slowly and she said she’ll do it as slow as I like and it was fine. But I reacted for feeling uncomfortable during that and the second part of the exam where she used her fingers, I questioned what that was for and she said to feel for any masses. Came here cuz of all the five star reviews! But I will never come back again. Went for my first visit, she asked me to do a pregnancy test and told me they’ll call me for result, no phone calls. Then I had been spotting for 10 days from the Nuvaring, called the office, front desk left a message for her and said she’ll call me back, no phone calls.
Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Gail, the receptionist at Dr. Dell’s office. Despite being short staffed today, Gail was the epitome of professionalism as she handled the front desk duties in addition to answering the phone which never seemed to stop ringing. She was kind and friendly as well. I have been a patient of Dr. Dell’s for many years. She is such a kind and caring doctor!
Love this office! Everyone is super friendly and always very helpful with answering any of my questions. Even when offices are closed the after hours lines are great and extremely easy to use. Thank you all!!
