My experiences at the dermatology department have been nothing short of excellent. The whole process- from scheduling through checkout is professional and most efficient. For example, it’s nice when physicians’ offices operate on time. Dr Sorensen is wonderful and caring by all measurements. Go to Swedish! In and out within 30 minutes Was referred initially to Optum Ballard for an urgent XRay was told I could go first thing in the morning from my doctor. Got there and their x ray machine has been broken for months. They sent me 20 minutes away to the Optum northgate clinic. I asked if they could call and get the wait time and they said they ( and I ) can’t call the clinic. There’s only a central number. Dominic is the most helpful person I’ve ever met. She helped us to get through to the women’s doctors office and ensure that we got a follow up appointment scheduled with my doctor. I have tried calling for 2 weeks on my own and i could not get through to anyone to get it scheduled on my own. GIVE HER A RAISE AND A BONUS.
I had a good experience with Dr Tan Lue but on my date of visit had a bad experience with parking I got a ticket in the parking lot $75 so did not notice the parking i was park on the ground shoe in small letters permit only. i did not even notice. until i got the ticket in the winshiel of my car also it explained why i got a ticket and if you dont pay in 7 day it goes up to 80.00 so i when on line i put the tickect number and is not register so i call and the number they could not find the ticket the person thar was helping... read more
