Dr. Veloso is an amazing doctor. His Medical Assistants are caring and professional.
My experience with Dr. Veloso was great he was attentive listened, didn’t rush me, he understood my concerns. The MA Lizette was welcoming, she answered my questions. Overall satisfied with my visit. I would come back to this office.
Dr is great! But.... They are always short staffed so there is no evening appointments anymore. Why would optum fire 40 + nurses and then be short staffed? Sounds like somebody isn't running the company correctly. I'm switching back to Kaiser Permanente.
Optum have the propped way of service for people.
Dr Veloso is awesome It’s a long drive, but I trust him I don’t trust a lot of doctors
