I have been going to Dr. Veloso at Optum North Hollywood for many years now. I consistently have great experiences with him and his team.
This place is horrible. They have no consideration for people's time what so ever. They over schedule and do not get to their appointments anytime near the set appointment time. It was an hour past my appointment time and I wasn't even processed from the sign in sheet. The scheduling girl told me it would be a 20 minute visit when I scheduled the appointment and they do not have any weekends or after work hours they do appointments for. Put the X-ray paper on the portal so when you go to the X-ray, you have it in your phone. Also couldn't read the blurry printout of X-ray clinics that didn't answer anyway. Caused a huge expensive hassle for me and I don't walk well
