I had a very disappointing experience at Optum Neurology with Samuel Horton. From the start, he seemed disengaged and uninterested in what I was saying. I felt talked over multiple times, and my symptoms were not taken seriously. What was especially frustrating was that he kept asking about my migraines from five years ago, even after I clearly explained several times that my migraines have only started in the last few days.
