No need for telephones they don’t answer, only recording about personal attention, their website inadequate, the creation of such a large group should create efficiency but that just means they have less people to respond to save on payroll
I went for a routine checkup, asked the doctor a few questions, and gave blood for lab work before heading home. A few days later, I received a huge bill for the questions I asked during the visit, even though my insurance covers annual routine checkups. I paid the bill and decided not to go back for the follow-up appointment.
horrible place the more they merge the worse they become I've lost at least 8 drs so far that have up and moved elsewhere--at present I'm getting nasty notices threatening to go to a collection agency for a 25copay--at the time that drs office was not booking appointments nor taking payments when i took out my cc told they are switching to a new system told to call back for an appointment she never took my co pay it seems that this wonderful medical corporations switching to some new system--has made everything impossible-i ... read more
My husband and I went separately to the dermatologist. They billed both of us for services that were not rendered. They are also not returning any phone calls to myself or my insurance company to get it straightened out. Double check your insurance explanation of benefits and your bills!!
Do I even need to explain…has one stars for a reason….making people wait to get tested for life changing diagnosis is crazy
