I love Dr. Sanchez. She is the pediatrician for my 3 kids. My oldest is autistic. She is so patient and has a soft way to interact with him. It was easy to make an appointment to take my daughter who had flu like symptoms. She wore her mask and Dr. Sanchez treated her at her office. Dr. Sanchez saved me a trip to the urgent care/Pediatric ER. We are very blessed we found Dr. Sanchez. Also her assistant was very patient and nice with my kids.

Rude place was 12 minutes late during traffic hour all schools got out and so did everyone from work rude

Desk people are insane they don't got the patience. Worst customer service ever.

I'll will be leaving this place, they don't seem to listen to you when you raise concerns about your children instead they male dumb comments and brush you off or prescribe anti biotics without really asking more questions... going to unm where doctors actually listen and use their critical thinking skills.

I have been taking my kids here since 2021. We have generally had excellent experiences with Dr. Engleman. She treats my children like people, is empathetic to my concerns as a parent, and offers solutions. Front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. The only problem is that if you have to go in the back door due to contagious illness, sometimes no one answers the phone or checks outside in a timely fashion. It would also be super helpful to have weekend hours.
