Optum here, as a whole seems to refuse to be accommodating. I was seconds after my 15 minute grace period, after 20 minutes waiting to be allowed into the building and be checked in, the nurses for Dr. Zamora did not agree for me to be seen. No other nurse practitioner was available to see me when this is supposed to be a big clinic, this is all when I NEED to be seen. Worst experience as a first time patient w their obgyn dept. will not come back EVER!
Dr. Wu was fantastic and easy going, and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Parking is free accessible, and the offices are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Very happy so far with my experience!
