I don't usually leave reviews but I was so Thankful for how I was treated and cared for. I went to this urgent care after I got hit by a car on my motorcycle at low speeds and they were too GREAT! From the front desk to the nurses and doctors everyone was polite and attentive. I got checked out, ALL my wounds were treated, got X-rays done, and received prescriptions. Nothing too major but very painful.
Tanaya was awesome. She remembered my situation and my name. That was unexpected she is going to try resolve my issue. Never had such consideration from an urgent care office
The first time I visited, they couldn't figure out what was wrong. So they told me nothing was wrong.... I then followed up with my primary doctor, and she sent me to get checked for an enlarged heart. Second time I visited, I described my symptoms to a very young PA. She said it could be "this" so you have to go to the ER. I told her it isn't "this" because of "that". She stuck to her guns. I went to the ER and I was right. I went today to Urgent Care/Optum w/my Mom and I was surprised of the care we received. I'm broke. I have NO HEALTH INSURANCE. Just me watching our health care system. Today my mom fell, and hurt her foot (broken toe/nail, blood pooling, with swelling, and had back pain after the fall.) The NP at the urgent care came in after seeing her insurance and stated, "She needs to be transferred out". No kind of physical assessment done!! No vitals taken!! No oxygen. No Blood pressure.
