Was a few minutes late, waited in line for a while for receptionists to get off phone. By the time it was my turn to check in I was considered “too late” and they marked me as no show. Although I explained that I arrived before the 10 minutes mark, I was informed that by the time I got called it was already passed my allowed time and it was my fault. But if I arrive early, I get to sit I the lobby for 40 minutes before I get called. I don’t understand.
Sat on hold for over 20 minutes today trying to make an appt. Never did get that appt in. Guess I'll find a doctor somewhere else.
