I can't find anything wrong with this office. Everything goes smoothly, the wait period is short, and the staff is friendly. Plus I like my doctor.
My Dr is great, but the office/billing staff is subpar. I’m deep into my second issue for wrongful billing. Literally no one calls or emails back without telling me I need to contact someone else. Optum is charging me $1200.00 for a measles vaccine that would’ve been free at my pharmacy. Medicare D told me they can bill me $149.00. DONE.
