Any time I come here all the staff and Dr’s are super pleasant and kind. Olesya and Dr. K took care of me very well and were attentive during my appointment!
I wouldnt go back there if I were dying. The woman doctor was cold, unsympathetic and would'nt understand or acknowledge what I was going through. I felt hurried through the exam and she seemed uninterested in my inuries. I left disappointed and without hope.Front desk staff were kind.
I went to the walk in clinic on Sunday ( Feb 22) there was almost no waiting and I saw Dr.Jing(Alan) Li. He was amazing , funny and explained in detail about my condition, when asked about my previous episode he explained in detail why and how it has less chance of happening again. If he is taking new patients , it would be really nice having him as your PCP. Highly recommended ! Parking is on street and clinic is located in the second floor of the building.
Highly recommend this clinic, had a problem with my neck and head, one of the best experiences i’ve had in clinic, especially Olesya were helping me, super kind, friendly and caring nurse!
UNFAIR BILLING PRACTICE BY OPTUM- I had my kids seen by Dr. Hall since last few years. The visits were more or less fine. However, this year ..after the visit, we saw an extra charge in the form of an Office Visit, which was totally unexpected. The reason given by their billing staff was that you mentioned "fatigue" during the visit. Are we supposed to stay silent during the preventative visit? are we not expected to consult with the doctor? what does consultation mean?
