I don’t know what the hell happened when optum took over but they really went downhill. Since the optum takeover it has been nothing but disorganization and completely void of caring about their patients. They are incapable of even the most basic tasks- like submitting an order for bloodwork. And they will boldfaced lie to you and tell you they submitted something when they did not. If you have a choice of going somewhere else, do it.
Dr. Montoya is great at explaining and go over test results. Good communication
