Since Optum took over I have not been able to get an appointment with my PCP, when I am sick. I have been with this doctor's care for over 11 years and when I need him most they send me to not only another doctor but another Optum office to get care. Since it was a new doctor he said he couldn't really help me because he didn't know my history. That is one example of so many issues I've experienced under the new ownership/management. They optimize their $$'s and the patient care is what suffers.
The phlebotomist was so talented and super nice! I’m typically a very hard stick and they got me in one go which is super impressive! They were also very efficient, getting me in and out in like 10 minutes which is mind blowing
