I wish they had stayed polyclinic. I have been going to the downtown polyclinic since 2008. They have went way down hill. Its impossible to make an appointment with your regular doctor in the same month.
horrible experience - doctor didnt do much during checkup - charged for absurd issues that we didnt end up doing anything about. customer service took 3 months and the case is still open, asking me to wait, and then sent my case to collection agency!
They denied me healthcare because I was trans. Stay far away.
