Had MRI today there and from time I got there, everyone was kind. Sarah the tech that handle my mri procedure was very patient kind and made procedure less stressful. Thank you to Sarah as well as the Optum Radiology dept.
Visited for MRI. Was quite anxious due to the claustrophobic tendencies. Radiology Tech, SARAH, put me completely at ease, explaining each of the procedural steps I would experience. She showed compassion, empathy, all while remaining professional. Additionally, front office staff was welcoming and friendly. Many thanks and Kudos to all!
Hours are wrong than what’s posted on Google!!! Hard to get through to. Very long hold times!!!!
Check in was an absolute joke. There was only one person checking people in and she was too concerned with chatting with friends than checking in patients.
