I have been seeing Ms. Baker-Newsholme who is fantastic, but no longer able to offer botox treatment for my migraines as the administrative group decided that they would cut this highly effective treatment. I have been on a number of treatments that just don't work as efficiently and effectively as the botox. I am very disappointed with the administrative decision process.

I saw Dr McDonald years ago (chronic lifelong migraines) He was dismissive, uniformed and actually belligerent. At the time Dr. Grabert was still the pediatric neurologist (my daughter inherited the migraines at a very young age, just like me) HE was fantastic, and I wished HE could have been MY physician. I am very sad to have to write this review. My main issue with optum is the lack of kindness from the providers and the unwillingness to help out with getting medications approved by insurance. I went in to get Botox, and the entire time, the provider was apathetic to the fact that I almost passed out from the pain, and was rude for the rest of the treatment.
