Incompetent, unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to go the extra mile to help the patient. My husband had a stroke and after his MRI the nurse called and told me that there were not acute findings. If she would’ve read the report she would’ve seen that he had a stroke and refer him to the neurologist. That referral to neurologist was done only after I requested later when he had a doctor appointment. Dr Stevensi and the whole staff is wonderful. I have been in Florida 23 years and this was the most amazing experience I have had with Doctors, Great feeling of trust and great communication. Very very happy I found Dt Stevens and Optum Care that takes my Freedom Health and Medicare. Insurance.
