We have been seeing Dr. Sean at Optum Ladera Ranch Urgent Care for over 10 years and he has always been excellent. He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. Our family has always appreciated the care he provides. Unfortunately, the experience with the front office has been extremely frustrating.
