Our pediatrician told us to bring our child in for a test that needed to happen before they are one year old. Ladies were kind, but unable to do the procedure because of small veins. Why would people who work in a lab attached to a pediatric office not have the skills or the tools to do the procedure? Very frustrating experience and makes little to no sense.
Got there at 730 and the lab technician did not show . Reception Lady didn’t even have a number to call. Went to barns facility and 25 people in line.
Deceptive pricing. They tell you $125 but that's not even close. Can't get a human being to talk to you about it. You can call billing all you want. Nothing gets straightened out.
Reception will give you one story the first time you speak to them and another one the second, waste of time
Walked in at 4:10. They don't close until 4:30. Was told the blood needs to clot for 15min then spin for 10 and they don't have time to do that before they close at 4:30. Absolutely ridiculous considering my bloodwork is time sensitive!!!!
