Went 8/23 for a 3 hour glucose test. Everything went smoothly until they LOST 2 vials of my blood. They tried to lie and tell my Dr. I was only there for the one hour but I had my husband with me as a witness and they marked on mychart they administered the 3 hour drink. In the end they ended calling me on a blocked number to explained they switched labs last minute and "it is not our fault" two of the vials did not show up. Never again. Constantly closed, not conducive to people who work.
What a joke. Several people waiting at 7:30, no one there to do blood draws. First and last time.
Lab closed for what reason? We don’t know. Lost a day of work to come here
Second time for me using this facility as a walk-in for a blood draw. If you are registered in the MyChart app it’s a piece of cake. Sign in and wait to be called, the draw takes less than a minute. The whole experience was no more then 12 minutes. Both times Erica was the technician drawing the sample - she couldn’t be more professional, polite and easy to work with. This facility gets my vote.
