Staff is unapprochable
Very slow. If I didn’t say anything about dropping off a sample I would’ve been waiting there an hour or more. Then they don’t tell you that you have to write your name on the specimen and give you a fat marker to do so instead of placing a preprinted sticker with ur info on it. Staff not pleasant and seem annoying with doing their jobs. Pick another lab!!!!
Very fast and efficient. These girls work hard and I can tell they are dedicated. Every time I come here it is a great experience. I think they all deserve raises and bonuses like immediately for simply taking care of the large amount of people I saw them take care of just this morning. God bless you guys!
