Always fast and easy.
I have many chronic illnesses and am very used to advocating for myself even in situations where I should not have to. . I am always very polite, and today I was met with an extremely rude technician. Last night I had to take a medication and get my blood drawn today between 8 and 9 am. I was told I did not need an appointment, and arrived about 10 after 8. It was very busy, so I explained to the tech that I have a timed test. My doctor was wonderful. However, the technician taking blood was rash and the hurt taking blood. They left me with a large bruise, which I never get when I have a blood test. They also make you wait unnecessarily.
Had an excellent experience with my toddler. Entire staff from front desk to the phlebotomists were excellent. They were very friendly and patient and made my child very comfortable. I highly recommend this location
I needed to drop off a fecal sample. The woman at the desk told me to sign in at the kiosk which I did then handed in the sample. Very easy
