Had an excellent experience with my toddler. Entire staff from front desk to the phlebotomists were excellent. They were very friendly and patient and made my child very comfortable. I highly recommend this location
I needed to drop off a fecal sample. The woman at the desk told me to sign in at the kiosk which I did then handed in the sample. Very easy
I had a terrible experience today! Don’t go to this place! Bad customer service and rude. I was happy to see there were sat hours and on my way- I called at 11 to confirm they closed at 12. The phone kept ringing and no answer. I got there at 11:45 and the 2 phlebotomists was eating lunch and said they took last patient. I said your hours are until 12 and they said they took last patient and need to come back tomorrow. They had a really bad attitude and I was so upset! I called this location for days and could not get through, per the comments I'm reading this is a common complaint. If my doctor was not in the same building I would have gone somewhere else. The phlebotomist seemed annoyed in general, I know that working with the public can be hard but please lighten up. That said, it was obvious after drawing my blood that she was very skilled at it.
was there today with my mom to get blood work with my 85 year old mom,there was a young lady and a gentleman both where rude and unhelpful the male was way worst telling us to leave and was very very rude i filed a formal complaint
