check in was efficient and saw doctor on time. Dr Peterson spent time with me. While I did get my lab results, I was not issued a form to get a mammogram nor was I given a kit to provide for a fecal test, both which I do every year. Now I have to follow up on that.
Friendly staff. My PA Philip make sure i have all the necessary test and labs needed and explain very well in a way you can understand.
The Optum app patient portal is so convenient to make appointments, check on status of referrals, requesting prescription refills and messaging my doctor. My doctor's office is on Foothill blvd in La Canada, which is close to home, and the parking is free and convenient. Dr Sabir is great and the nurses and receptionists are all friendly and helpful. i could not be happier, thank you!
