I sat for over 2 hours waiting for my appointment. Optum has the gall to have signs everywhere that if you are 10 minutes late they will cancel you. Dr. Romero is a great doctor. Too bad Optum runs it.
Dr. Romero is an excellent physician who listens cares is up to date on treatments. She provides exceptional medical care and advice to her patients. I highly recommend her
Dr. Romero is fantastic however ever since he joined Optum his practice has gone down hill. Optum's cramped scheduling ruined the practice of a fantastic Doctor. I had to wait 2 hour past my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. Optum's answering system can't even get the messages when you are in need to the DR. Optum pushed me out for 2.5 months for an appointment when I had issues I needed to discuss with the doctor. I ended up going to my ENT specialist who got me in the very next day. this used to be such a great clinic. my family and i have been going since 2018 when it was still romero family medicine. the doctors are still amazing, however the front office staff is so terrible that i can't justify ever returning. you can't call and speak directly with anyone anymore, you have to leave a message. it often takes multiple messages to get a callback. my doctor told me i needed a referral to a specialist september 22 2025. my referral wasn't sent until october 15 2025. it didn't include all the information ... read more
