The visit was for surgical clearance. The facility and staff were all fine, but the follow-up was a nightmare. They dragged their feet on bloodwork results, then dragged their feet on sending in clearance. I've left messages for days. My surgeon's office has called. I've called again, and at this point my procedure might be cancelled. This has been much more stressful than it needed to be.
