While the wait time was long, my appointment was very thorough. However the doctor has a Medical Assistant call you with your blood results and they have little to no ability to answer your questions. I told the physician that I do not drink alcohol and the MA suggested I limit my alcohol intake because my liver enzyme was high in my results. When I said that’s strange I don’t drink alcohol she had to go back to the PA and the next day left a voicemail saying well it could be your medication. The medical assistant also told ... read more
You know first impressions mean everything my first impression was not a very happy one until I went into the back office and got to speak to the lovely nurse practitioner not only did she call me down not only did she made me feel welcome not only did she relax my mind about the first impression She advised me not to let that ruin my day. I got to see Lindsey Gannon, and she also was extremely gentle, compassionate and attentive to my needs so I do give this place a five star.
