Julie Bohack and the staff at Optum were friendly and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs primary care.
Optum is an annoying, useless interface between doctor and patient.
Practitioners are nice once you can see them; you have to wait two days for a sick appointment and all they continually tell you is to “go to a walk-in clinic” …. 8 practitioners on staff staff and no one can ever see you. You send notes to your doctor and the nurses answer as well..the support staff there is like a brick wall. Awful…I left this practice within a year.
