One of the absolute worst staff, customer support, and overall experiences. I am forced to go here because it is the only place my rip-off health insurance takes. I would rather get sick than have to go here. They are super unprofessional and have zero idea what to do or how to help you. You have to call 73 times for them to lift a finger. This place would be better if it were run by the sloths from Zootopia.
We all know our healthcare system is broken, but Optum is the worst. I have seen children run lemonade stands with more intelligence and professionalism than this company. If not for government subsidies and restrictions on medical licenses, this company would have gone out of business long ago for providing absolutely horrible customer service. Been a patient at Optum for many years previously Riverside Medical Group. I recommend Dr. Malik, Varun as I've been recently seeing him. They do labs and testing on site such as EKG. I recommend using MyChart to schedule appointments because it's fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the doctors are great.
