Dr. Harper and his nurse are amazing. Very caring and listen to everything I say. If he can’t help he’ll find a specialist that will.
Their service is okay, but the way they bill you is terrible. They code all preventive visits as office visits, which would make it not covered by the insurance. It happened in two visits we had both for me and my wife. Looks like a systematic way of changing people.
Thank you very much for all the help I recieve at Optum Lab East to friendly and sweet respectful caring individuals that take time to guide you in the right direction for your health . Thank you especially to Mariona who take time on drawing blood . She always does a GREAT JOB..I leave the lab without beening stressed over poked or stuck with the needles. Went there for a general health check and had Dr.Farkas. First off he didn't even look at my chart and got me and my wife mixed up (didn't look at the first name) and when I told him I want a general health check he proceeded to tell me the most common sense things. He said "Watch your weight, don't smoke, exercise, don't text and drive." I thought he was joking at first but he kept going. Why am I paying for Google health tips? He didn't even examine me. It's impossible to get help here, even if you have simple questions. I always get transferred to three different people to get an question answered just to say they will get my doctor to call me (which never happened). Will be going to someone who cares
