While the majority of the customer service staff are very kind, the pharmacy staff are a nightmare. I am forced to use this pharmacy because of my insurance, but almost every single month there is an issue. They need more info, the meds are out of stock, “it’s in process”. It is insane. All the employees I have dealt with at One Infusion have been very friendly, and willing to help you, "going the extra mile." From the person that calls you to the delivery staff. It's like they own the company. I have been very impressed by the good nature of the staff.
There is no after hours protocol.
