This company has continually declined in every aspect. Seek a different, better specialty pharmacy as there are many to choose from.
Not sure how to make sure that I get Monisha With the the online ordering hurt credit..Very helpful, she took good care of me and made sure that the injection shot that I need for my left knee showed app on time and at my house and she did a great job. So whoever who's her boss, if she sees this, or whoever sees this, this is probably out of the main headquarters and I don't know where that is, but for miss monisha, thank you so much..
Optum Infusion Pharmacy provided port care (supplies and nursing care) for years. While their billing was frequently problematic, they were generally reliable. Unfortunately, they notified me that "effective immediately" they can no longer provide services as they only provide chronic care, and apparently they believe routine, monthly port flushing constitutes acute care. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor common sense. Zero regard for patient needs, zero sense of urgency in addressing time sensitive patient needs. Really need to do better at hiring at least a few people that actually care. Currently it's at zero as well. I'm highly concerned with leaving my IV medicine needs in Optum's hands. I hope things turn around. It doesn't need to be this way.
